Please find enclosed the Annual Report 2023 for Xplora Technologies AS approved by the Board of Directors on 25 April 2024.
There are tax adjustments in the Annual Report 2023 compared to the Q4 23 report, relating to recognition of deferred tax assets in foreign subsidiaries.
These adjustments improved profit after tax by NOK 7.4m. The Annual Report for 2023 will also be made available on www.xplora.com/investor.
